These guys are amazing! Fast turnaround, great customer service, and excellent workmanship. I had two other plumbers who failed to find and fix the problem - these guys came in, properly diagnosed and repaired all within a 24 hour time period. Happy with the pricing as well - honestly you will not be disappointed, highly recommend!

So grateful to Peter from Tornado - he showed up the day after we realized our main waste stack had cracked and was releasing sewage. His work was impeccable, he kept a clean job site, and he was very reasonable given the scope of work involved. Very trustworthy. Totally recommend.

This company offers very good service, and I would definitely call them again.  The plumber that came to my place replaced my toilet.  I waited over a year to write this review to make sure that the toilet kept on working, and it has with no problems.  I called them on a weekend and the plumber came within a few hours that same day.  The lady who took my call was very friendly and helpful.  The plumber that came was professional, friendly, and courteous.  Before selecting Tornado Plumbing I got estimates from other companies and Tornado Plumbing offered the best rate.  I was not charged extra for weekend work.  I like the attitude of the plumber.  He was service oriented (unlike so many tradespeople who act as if they're doing you a favour).

Peter helped find / stop a leak from my shower that was running into the basement. He explained what he was going to do, showed me the issue and explained how I personally could take steps to improve things in the future He then sealed everything up to stop the leak. His work was clean, quick, affordable and he was nice to my dog who wasn't super nice to him! Other plumbers in the city were quoting me thousands of dollars to fix the drain itself (which wasn't the problem!) Thanks so much for your help Peter - will definitely use your services again.

Peter from Tornado came well prepared for the job. We got power wash done. He did the work professionally and ensured through camera inspection that the line is fully cleaned and cleared after the wash was done.
