I wear a 48T jacket, 36x36 denim, and XXL slim fit shirt. They dont always have my size in stock in everything, but they do their best to make sure the obscure sizes dont have to settle for a Denver hayes poncho from Marks. Great service from Steve and great selection when I was looking for a dress for a Xmas party. Lots of sizes, and was also able to purchase a new cardigan to go with it just incase I got cold!

I live out of town. My mother got me a pair of sunglasses for my birthday. They didn’t fit me right, so the next time I was in Revelstoke I tried to exchange for something else. I was told they only have a 14 day exchange policy, even though they were in perfect condition, in the bag, with the receipt. I was told I should have “called ahead so we could have arranged something”. Absolutely ridiculous. My family owns a small business in revelstoke and they return anything with a receipt. You guys should learn a thing or two from them. Will not be shopping here again.*This was bought for me as a gift. When it was given to me it was already outside the “14 day return”
