KENG WAS THE BEST!!! This lady was running around full speed ahead working so hard! Food order was memorized perfectly and came out piping hot super fast. Best server I’ve ever had at a restaurant will 200000% be back! Thank you KENG and kitchen

Ordered from here today at 11:30, it's now 1:30 and our order still hasn't arrived, have called several times with no answer at this location and still no food!! Note added: our food arrived after 2 hours of waiting, lukewarm, the bun was rubber, the soup had more onion then any other ingredients, fries were mostly potato peel and chicken was not fresh at all. I tried calling the restaurant again and got no answer. I will NEVER order from here again! How is this place still in business?

The timely, attentive service by our server Keng was perfectly matched by the excellent 1/4 Chicken and Rib special that Keng thoughtfully suggested when we arrived. I actually mentioned to my partner that I was pretty sure the time to service from ordering was quicker than the fast food we ordered this afternoon! Fantastic experience and will definitely return!

This waitress that serves us her name is spelt. Last name is sad that I hate. I think that’s eight 8 She always remembers our order even though we come in once in a while, she is a keeper.

Keng L was our waitress and was outstanding. She is pleasant, efficient, and tended to all of our needs. She is very speedy and works at a rapid pace. Overall, the meal was top notch and the service was excellent.

Beautiful experience every time! Keng has been here for a very long time and we come to this one specifically to see her. Always so joyful and thoughtful. She complimented my daughter and I and went out of her way to give us amazing service 5 star ⭐️

This particular location only seems to have one server on any time I've come to dine-in, if you're lucky there maybe a second server on. This often means you are waiting while the one server cycles amongst all customers. Requests for refills, extra napkins or if there was a mistake with your order you should expect to wait a while before the server can get back to you, if your request wasn't forgotten.First time I ordered the ribs today, they would've been perfect had they been served hot. I enjoy Swiss Chalet but this particular location is not the greatest for service, food & atmosphere.

My wife and I came here for dinner and had a wonderful experience. Our server was named Keng and right from the beginning, she was very friendly and by far the most attentive server we have ever had. The food was also excellent, I had the chicken stir-fry and my wife had a half rack and quarter chicken with mashed potatoes, we were both very pleased with the delicious taste and fresh quality. Overall, we had an incredible time dining here and will be back for sure.

We come here at least once a week. Our usual server is Keng …she’s the best you can get. Always remember us, always smiling and joking …and always get our orders right and fast which is a big plus for me

The server here is absolutely amazing and he's the best memory. The restaurant is always clean and well kept. However, it is rather quiet. The atmosphere takes away from none of the dining experience and is always great to eat at.
