Nice deals sometimes.Customer service is well enough.No big lines for check out. Overall, a good store.Big parking lot in shoppers world plaza.

It was great. Found a wonderful jacket for cheap. I did have some trouble finding clothes and tried asking for help but one of the workers answered like he didn't wanna help and just pointed me in a general direction after telling me he didn't know... on the flip side, everybody else there was VERY helpful

I like this location as it’s large, well laid out, lots of stock, but mostly but it’s conveniently close to me with ample free parking. Clothes are fashionable and decent pricing. Quality is good.

Terrible cashier.So rude who couldn’t even reply back with a thanks. I asked her one question and she turned out so cold! Need to replace such people working in stores.

We have a bad experience with them. We accidentally spell some coke on the floor and they made us clean. Is this the way they are gonna treat the customers? We expected a better service, but this is what we received. It's not like we are hesitating to clean, but in a reputed store like Urban Planet, it is the employers who have to make sure that we are comfortable. It's so disappointing.

worst experience! the worst store ever ! the worst customer service ever like bro i have also done work in H&M i have also provided customer service and i know how it goes ! the muslim girl who gives fitting rooms is the worst thing about this store and how and which store haves the rule that customer have to wrap there clothes that they have tried and even have to hang them there own by closing the buttons of pants and shirts ? then what’s your employees are doing ? i can understand that one has to bring hangers but they also have hang them like employees? the muslim girl was giving me oders ! this is not gonna work.

The store is very organized and well maintained. The staff was nice to help and direct. Location is also a good plus where its quick in and out of the shoppers world mall. The store seems a bit smaller compare to other locations such as BCC but none the less, all in all good.

The great deals make up for the time spent in line. But it’s frustrating seeing 1 cashier, 10+ people in line, whilst several other staff are wandering around or just hanging out talking at the registers.

Everything was so good, it was well managed and everything there is affordable but the way one girl in the counter behaved was just too hilarious. She was too rude to the customers, I being a customer there felt bad service, she was yeiling so bad at me to just keep the things that I touched.She wanted me to keep the clothes as it was like I was the only one messing around. Come on that’s too much like I was just looking for my size and that’s not the way you treat your customer. I just felt she could have said the same thing in good way. She just embarrassed me and herself in front of everybody out there.
