Professional, fast service, friendly and helpful.I bought my son to this studio four years ago for his first passport, {he need special care and extra patience.} Staff were so friendly and professional. Now, it was time for him to renew a new one. Brought him back to visit the same place, met with the same staff, my son felt so comfortable and clam. I swear that is the only place I will go ever with my son. Wish the business and staff all the best !Keep us your good work!

I will never ever go anywhere else but here for passport photos. I took photos here in 2017 and the quality was amazing. This year I had to start my passport application again and went to generic places for a photo, all were not the same quality as this place. So I ended up here again and was not disappointed. I should have started here even though it takes me over an hour to get here, it's worth it. Staff and photographer are friendly and professional. The photographer actually guides your positioning, head tilt etc, camera on a stand with professional lighting, no ridiculous flash like other places that cause glare or shininess. Honestly other passport photo places should be more like this one. I paid less here than other places and got 4 copies, whereas other places you get 2 copies and 2 more is extra.

I took a photo here for my Chinese passport and was unable to upload it to the app. After looking into it, I found that the photo provided by the owner was too blurry, and he didn't give me the original photo. Please be reminded that if you need to upload the photo to the app, you'd better do it at the store.

Always supportive of local business but I'm not going to bother with this store anymore. Yes - i only visit them when i need to get a passport (once in a blue moon) but you dont need to be rude about it. So I called in to inquire about getting my pictures taken, and the lady was very sour in answering my questions. When I asked if it was same day, her answer was you gotta wait.. (rude tone). I will just go somewhere else.

Scammed my mother, charging over $50 for a visa photo and a “digital” copy that was not even necessary. Long service and very rude

The shoppers next door is half the price and has photos ready in 15-20 minutes. This place is expensive, next day photo and has slower service than ServiceOntario.

I will never come back again with such a bad customer service. The photographer has no patient at all. She kept rushing us with a very bad attitude.

Bad attitude...super expensive..charged $30 for 2 photos for my infant...cause according to them it's hard to take infant pictures...which for us literally took 1 minute as my boy sat quietly for the picture. Not recommended.

Very expensive for passport photo. Charging 30$ for adult and up to 50$ for infant (with tax), which is double price comparing to other stores. I see quite a lot of people waiting for passport photo and I thought it's cheap. But I turned away after asking the price. The price is not shown anywhere and you have to ask for it. The price is not transparent at all.
