When I was looking for a day of coordinator, there were a few things I had on my checklist: communication, would I feel comfortable handing everything over to the team on the day and overall vibes. Amanda checked all of these off and more. Always available for a phone call and very responsive over email, kind, professional, organized and SO much attention to detail. Bright Gray Events was there through it all - creating a seamless timeline, executing rehearsal, communicating with our vendors, rearranging furniture, relighting candles, ceremony DJ, sewing me back into my dress (seriously!!), and I’m sure a million other things I wasn’t even aware of…all while constantly checking in with our people and without ever breaking a sweat. We are endlessly grateful to have worked with Amanda on our special day. She is a dream!

We used Bright Gray Events for day of coordination and couldn’t be happier with our decision. We mostly dealt with Amanda who was amazing! So kind, fun, organized and attentive - everything you’d want in a wedding planner. She was also super responsive to emails/texts and had some great vendor recommendations as well. Leading up to the wedding, she helped us organize all of the vendors and met with us a couple times to make sure she had a good understanding of our vision. On the big day, everything was executed flawlessly by Amanda and her team. Our parents were particularly impressed and were raving about how incredible they were. Would recommend them 100%!

Amanda and her team definitely made the night stress-free. We must admit we weren’t so sure about hiring a wedding coordinator but we are completely sold. First and foremost, Amanda is absolutely amazing! I am beyond thankful I found Bright Gray Events on Instagram. She seamlessly organized and executed our special day perfectly. I had a vision and she brought it to life and more, honestly. Being from out of town, we were not familiar with the area or vendors. But based off all her recommendations she introduced us to the most amazing vendors. Throughout the whole process Amanda was easily accessible by phone/email, very communicative, always coming up with amazing ideas, and working behind the scenes. I couldn’t even imagine what our wedding would have been like without her! We were able to enjoy the entire day because we knew everything was in the best hands :) and if anything did come up we honestly weren’t aware because Amanda is a great problem solver and handles everything with grace. Amanda was the day-of coordinator at our wedding, and she was INCREDIBLE! Her and Tara dealt with everything - set up, take down, running the show, and making sure everything went smoothly. We really got to just show up at our own party and enjoy without worrying about a thing! Amanda was communicative throughout the process, handled everything so well, and just made the experience seamless. She is kind, friendly, and has everything totally in control. Bright Gray Events is such an amazing company!!! Amanda was the most phenomenal Day of Coordinator I could have ever imagined having. She took everything I had in my brain for our big day & made it happen, without any issues at all! We hired Amanda to be the DOC for our October 2019 wedding, and it was the best decision we made (other than saying I DO!). She was a dream to work with from the very first email, to the last hug goodbye. We gave her a vision and she created a setup more beautiful than we ever could have imagined. With Amanda as or DOC, she made the day completely stress free. This allowed us to enjoy the day with all our friends and family and not have to worry about a thing.
