I just bought a bong from here and i took it home to smoke and the downstem was broken. I brought it back (within 15 mins of purchasing) and they told me i was the one who broke it (i hadn't even smoked from it yet only took it out the bag and looked at it) the guy called his manager and after an argument they finally agreed to give me a downstem that wasn't broken. On the way out the worker said it was my job to check when purchasing a new bong from there store to make sure its not broken. Horrible customer service i recommend taking your business elsewhere.
