Dr. Skinner and her team are simply the best. Highly recommend this office for small children. They know how to take care of them and make the experience pleasant. I can’t say enough good things about this office or their staff. 10/10

This was possibly one of the best dental experiences I have ever had at a dentist office. From booking the appointment to the interaction with both hygienist and dentist, I was so happy. Naz at the front desk was very welcoming and efficient. She scheduled me in for a cleaning when she noticed a spot available and took care of any questions I have. This was my first time at a dentist in years and I was very anxious and scared. Dr. Skinner put me completely at ease and was very calming and accommodating of my fears. My hygienist Christine was AMAZING! She took such great care of me and was again very calming and mindful of my fears. I would recommend this office to anyone who has anxiety/fears of the dentist or just wants excellent service. Can't say thanks enough!

I've been a patient at Third Street Dental for about 2 years now- I only wish I'd been introduced to Dr. Melissa Skinner and her amazing team sooner!! The team is friendly, informative and patient! Most importantly, she doesn't pressure you to do any dental work that you don't need, she's honest and will do everything in her power to ensure you leave happy with your teeth (via dental work or a plan towards the perfect smile).I wholeheartedly recommend entrusting your dental needs with Dr. Skinner and her team- I make the drive in from Burnaby to see her specifically!**Also, I love that Naz, the receptionist will send you reminder emails regarding upcoming appointments!

I am a fairly new patient of Dr Ho's, and I can't enough good things about him, his staff, and their facilities.Dr Ho is an absolute legend, but it's obvious that all the staff are focused solely on what is best for their patients. I no longer have to dread the dentist whatsoever as I know everything will be as quick, comfortable and painless and possible. Beauties across the board!Special shout out to Katy and Dr Ho for being so accomodating to my schedule ensuring that I was able to my wisdom teeth removed this year. I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Ho this morning & I just feel compelled to write an early review thanking him and his team for their wonderful work.I suffer from health anxiety so my wisdom tooth extraction was something I've put off for 3+ years. When I went to my consultation he answered every single question I had without feeling rushed (and I had a *lot* of questions).We decided on doing IV sedation (which I was also very nervous about) but the whole thing was not scary at all! And I say this as someone with very bad anxiety.I got there, put my favourite comfort blanket on, & once the sedation set in, I don't remember anything really! I definitely did not panic or feel scared in the slightest which was the most surprising part.I feel such a relief to have had these extractions finally taken care of. I could cry of joy. I'm obviously still in the very early stages of healing, but I will update my review if anything changes!

It gives me great pleasure to write a testimonial about the impeccable service I have received since becoming a patient at Dr. Skinner’s dental clinic. Upon making my first appointment, I was immediately put at ease when the receptionist answered all my questions and concerns. At no point was I made to feel that my questions were irrelevant.Having had some bad experiences at previous dental offices, I was somewhat wary of starting over at a brand new dental office. All of my fears disappeared when I arrived at the office with ease, found ample parking, was greeted by the friendly staff, and sat down in a comfortable reception area. The receptionist helped me get all the information prior to my arrival. This made the forms easy to fill out.After that, the dental hygienist whisked me into the chair. She was awesome. My teeth never felt so clean! The dental hygienist took me through every step of the process, and made sure I had an opportunity to address any concerns I might have. After that Dr. Skinner came in and carefully checked my teeth. I loved the fact that she gave me options and carefully discussed long term care with me.I have now been at Third Street Dental for a few years, and all my experiences continue to be great. Since my first visit, I have had some corrective cosmetic work done on my teeth. Dr. Skinner handled everything with the utmost care. She fully understood what I wanted. Then she made suggestions for me to consider. Dr. Skinner took great care to make my teeth beautiful. Her work is impeccable.I highly recommend you check out Third Street Dental.

Dr. Skinner is the best! I brought my very shy toddler in to see her and she was able to sit on my lap and have this fun intro" to the dentist. She was able to sit still and wasn't scared. She's an excellent dentist and great with kids. She is professional and warm-hearted. I would recommend her to anyone."
