Would not recommend. I have been growing my curly hair for 3 years without any heat damage. Booked a curly cut and my hair was cut as if it was straight even though I said I only wear it natural. Also asked for layers and now half my hair that was at bra length is now at my chin and too short to even put in a ponytail when I said I need it in a ponytail every day for work. Honestly my hair looks like a wolf cut and it will be a slow and painful process to grow out. I said I didn’t want bangs but half my hair is at bangs length. I’m not even sure what difference there is for a curly cut. I didn’t receive it but I sure paid for it. Salon was clean and nice, but communication is poor.

I got my haircut for the first time professionally since before the pandemic, and Jemina did not disappoint!If you have curly hair, she is your girl! I LOVE my new hair!This salon was able to accommodate my wheelchair and made me feel so comfortable!Thanks Jemima!

Worst experience ever jayson turned my hair color to orange didn’t explain me difference between different procedures and prices….i think he is new they squeezed me in with him….he hurriedly did everything…..now they are not offering any compensation they just applied toner which is gonna last hardly for 1 month…they are advising me to buy new products to tone my color after 1 month it’s just extra expense ….. i just wasted my 200$ on this salon….. moreover I offered them more money to do my service but they declined bcoz they didn’t have time time for that….then why did they booked my appointment…. I wasn’t able to go to work bcoz of my hair….. staff at front counter is non corporative .. don’t listen to any problem.. you just have to figure out by yourself what you gonna do… moreover my haircut is terrible too

Ashley is the most amazing stylist!! She is extremely knowledgeable about different hair types and passes along her wisdom to her clients so they can continue to style their hair at home. She always up to providing professional advice when it comes to different services and products. I’ve purchased several products she recommends and i love every single one!! She is extremely personable and a joy to chat with!

I booked in today for a hair trim, layers and curtain bangs. I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted. I went in with hair almost to my waist. She had me take my glasses off for the wash and cut, and I understand that because the arms get in the way. But I couldn't see what she was doing and by the time I put my glasses back on, it was far too late.She took off about 8-9 more than I asked for. My hair is now shoulder length and I now have to either get expensive extension work done for my fall wedding

I love the South Edmonton Common location. I finally found a hair dresser....(Karen) that listens and knows how to cut hair. She is very thorough..she is funny and going for a hair cut is a highlight.She knows how to give a good ladies cut.

Rain’s (not sure about the spelling) service was exceptional, was very careful with my damaged hair and gave me the best scalp massage ever. I wasn’t sure about the amount of blonde but it’s growing on me. Rain really knows how to layer as well. Thank you so much Rain.
