Please train your salesman to respect our choice. I have to clarify 5 times we don’t need your service why you keep knocking my door regardless. No matter we’re working in the business meeting or kids are in the nap. Show some respect and discipline to your team. PLEASE

I ordered the service as they promised 1.5GB of dedicated internet. Their website says 1000MB means 1000MB. Well that’s a lie, sitting in front on the router I’m lucky to get 500MB, with Rogers I’m getting up 700 in the same spot. I get 200 in my office which is the furthest away from the modem and still in the house. TelMAX gives me maybe 100 in the office but as low as 25.I want to cancel, but I’m giving them a chance to correct the problem and live up to their end of the contract.

At first when I signed up I thought I made the best choice after a few weeks every day at least three times a day no internet sometimes it’s back on after 5 mins sometimes 15 sometimes longer . When I called I have never experience difficulties ,getting to a technician however it’s never their service it’s always the distribution or the router in my home .In my opinion you get what you paid for!

The most persistent and annoying door to door sales representatives ever who can't take a hint no matter how subtle or direct. They literally loiter around the neighborhood trying to catch people coming home from work, leaving to walk the dog or to do errands.I was at the park playing soccer with my son for about 90minutes and I couldn't help by notice this sales rep walking up and down this one street where he would stand on the driveway for about 15min each to just stare at his phone or wait for someone to pass by so he could start a conversation with them....Stalker like.He came to our house 5 times over 2 days, same person, constantly trying to sell us on Telmax....no matter how many times we said no...he always came back later in the day or the following day.That's one of the reasons there is an enormous number of Stouffville residents that will never go with Telemax.Also, their prices are approx 2X what I pay with Rogers on a monthly basis, AND Telemax customer service is absolutely non-existant from what I hear.It appears they circulate thorough the different areas of Stouffville to bother thr residents agaian and again. Where can we report these people and get them to stop??

We were advised after a few months of service the rates are going up, unfortunately the service is very inconsistent. The feed freezes numerous times a day, live sports feeds are delayed and often blurry. I am not sure how a rate increase can be justified before we get consistent service.Stouffville

Had a horrible experience with TelMax. The installation technician came in high as a kite, unclear on wiring and wanted to drill holes through the main wall. Broke our cabinet. I told him to get lost and cancelled our order. Since then, constant harassment to from sales people at the door, phone calls and pollution of emails. I am reporting them to the city council and taking up harassment charges. Never TelMax!!!

Babak came by and gave us a quote. We talked about where to put the internet and the guarantee of service. Our cable service slows down at certain times so the Telmax download and upload speeds sounded impressive. We arranged for a date to install and as usual they gave me a wide time between noon and 5. On install day the tech (Jason I think) arrived at 12:01 and I had wifi by 1:30. Nice and polite guy with those little booties that covered his shoes so no issues at all. One day in and the speed is all Babak promised. Loving it so far.

I live in Newmarket. Their crews were in my neighborhood installing new fiber. They dug up hundreds of lawns and repaired their mess with a mixture of sand and gravel. The only effort this company displayed was when they sent their sales team out to ring doorbells looking for new customers for a month straight. They obviously do not care about you.

Just had the 500Mb fiber connection installed. The sale person Denzel is amazing. He answered/followed up with all my questions and concerns very quickly. The installation process went smooth and I got all devices up and running very quickly. Connection is fast and stable so far (about 3 weeks of use). Hope the service will be continue to be that fast and stable. Price isn’t cheap but you pay for what you get.
