Mixed really. Lovely man really positive, but told us would a price then charged £50 more. Also equivalent to micro office that was put on doesn’t work. Computer that he said would clean and speed up, he said wasn’t possible, yet have since found out it is possible. Lovely guy but not sure why we didn’t get the service many others get.

I was having trouble with my tablet connecting it to a dongle and saw the shop so went in for advice.What a nice man not only did he help me straight away he did not charge me.I would recommend Richard S Meek and when I am looking for for a replacement Tablet or computer or just advise I will make his shop the first place I go.Thank-youPenny

Had a problem with a lenovo laptop he said he doesnt work them but will find out what the problem is. He found that it was the mother board (free of charge) but that he still wouldnt change it. So i ordered one off ebay and swapped it over myself and its till going strong after 2 years, thanks to his fault finding.Very helpful. Will go to him again.

I contacted Richard to refit a glass monitor screen to a 10 year old desktop iMac. Not only did Richard do an excellent job repairing the screen but he offered to upgrade a couple of bits inside for a very reasonable price. It's like new!Highly recommended service. Many thanks Richard.

My MacBook charger plug-top fell to pieces in my hand when I unplugged it two days before Christmas. Clearly broken and beyond my resources to fix. I hadn't used Richard before, but when I phoned him he couldn't have been more helpful and asked me to bring it to his shop. He fixed it there and then, including replacing one part, for a very fair price. Great service.
