Four Points do not even deserve a 1 star. They are never on time, do not even notify you if late. Better to use Canada Post.They do not understand what same day or express service is.

Great people to work with especially Joe & Tony very honest and give great rates amazing service highly recommend using them as courier or employers!!!

Shady at best your statement doesn't even reveal what you get paid for each delivery . No instruction just constant yelling by dispatch who seems to think he knows itall but has not driven in at least ten years.

they offered a job offered good money went in for interview was assured of job given start date. last minute they decided to keep the old employee .....lost time and the job..not to be trusted

I got called as soon as I applied. Mick had told me he promises he will pay me around $2200 to $2500 every 2 weeks and that there are many ways he can pay me. So I went in for an interview and he explained he will pay me 16-17 an hour for the first 2 weeks and then 18 an hour for the next 2 weeks then 15$ an hour + bonus there on after. I was told to complete online tests and sign 65 pages of documents and tests. I then was told to get a criminal background check complete which I did the same day and paid out of pocket. I was told that somebody will be taking my drive test and if that person isnt available that mick himself would take it. In his words f*ck the insurance company to me you're hired". He then said he has a brand new 2018 truck waiting just for me and that if the guy cannot take my drive test he said he will do it himself. I Returned the next day for a route ride (unpaid) and handed in my criminal background check. End of day I was happy with the work and explained this to Mick and he said the guy from the insurance company isnt available to take my test on friday and maybe he can come in on monday. He said do me a favour call me to "remind" him to book me in for monday. Where was the enthusiasm? Where was the ambition and excitement he first had? He was beating around the bush and the enthusiasm I first saw and heard just disappeared. No talk about how he was willing to take my test

I ordered a wagon, a regular car came pick up my package. But I still had to pay for the wagon service which is almost twice as much. This company really knows how to rip you off!!!
