I bought a manufactured home whose prior owner recently passed so I didn’t have a lot of information about the furnace or duct cleaning or maintenance.When I contacted Capital they were fully transparent about the cost and it was cheaper than others I asked for quotes from. There is another service that they did for me as well and that is the wood stove cleaning.When Shoby arrived he was masked, set up his stuff on his blankets (even though I had no carpeting he preferred to ensure everything was on his coverings). The service and care he took was so impressive! He had to go through the ducts twice because there was so much debris and did not charge me extra! He explained everything that he was doing, took before and after pictures for me and even wiped down the vents when he took them out. He even provided me with a little info on the furnace which was so appreciated. I highly recommend this company and Shoby in particular!! Thanks Shoby. You are a gem!

Once again, Shoby did an impeccable job cleaning our furnace at a fair price. He arrived exactly when he said he would and was polite, professional, and thorough. Our furnace is in a tight space making it hard to work on, but Shoby didn’t skimp on the cleaning nor cleanup around the furnace afterward.We had Shoby do the work again this year, after he and his crew cleaned our furnace and duct work last year. The previous year (we weren’t in the house) the furnace wasn’t calibrated well, so burned oil poorly (meaning dirty) and the duct work hadn’t been cleaned in at least 15 years. The furnace and ducts were exceptionally dirty causing poor air quality in the house (burning eyes and lots of sneezing every time the furnace kicked on). Shoby and his crew were committed to thoroughly cleaning both the furnace and duct work to give us clean air. Things were so dirty, that the cleaning took an hour longer than originally estimated, but Shoby did not charge extra. After they were done, all we could smell coming through the duct work was clean, warm air and no more burning eyes or sneezing! We highly recommend Capital City Power Vacuum.

The quote was very well priced and the crew's service came with an amazing attitude. The before and after pictures really spoke for the great job they did.

I needed the dryer vent, ducting and dryer cleaned. I chose Capital City over Aero Furnace because the power of the suction is 15,000 cfm which is 5 times stronger than units like Aero Furnace who have a little Canadian tire compressor in their van! Shoby was excellent. communicative, and easy to work with. He changed out the old vent after cleaning out the whole area. He even vacuumed the floor and then put everything back as it was. Highly recommend Shoby and his company for your job.

We couldn't have been happier with the excellent customer service and work completed by this company. My call was answered right away and Shobi politely and patiently answered all of my questions and provided a very reasonble flat rate quote, which was honoured upon delivering service. At no point did I feel pressured into anything, and there were no hidden fees. The crew arrived a minute early and were patient while I ushered my kids out the door so they could start work. They finished early and provided before and after photos. Shobi provided helpful and honest info on how frequently to repeat service and how to maintain ourselves in between. Without doubt, EXCELLENT service for a reasonable price.. Responded in a timely manner to my initial request and appeared as arranged. Performed a thorough and thoughtful cleaning of my house vents (3 floors) and gave me some good advice on bathroom and kitchen fan vents.
