I have had several items repaired by this jeweler. Mr. John is pleasant and friendly and most of all he does very good work. I had a very unusual ring were I had cracked the pearl inside the ring. He went above and beyond the due to find a pearl to replace it. Upon the first look of my ring, I was so happy, that in fact, it looked better than what I had before. Great work!! I will return to this place of business. Superb work an service!!!

Extremely rude people work here. Not to mention they know nothing about gold. They told me my item wasn't gold when I literally have a certificate proving it is.Update: very interesting reply considering that the person you are referring to is not me. Clearly they have many poor interactions with customers, I'm just one that actually wrote a review! Thanks for proving my point :)

Attempted to charge 50$ to sort through small amount of jewelry, any service was gone from the moment he realized he was dealing with a seller. Go anywhere else even a pawn shop on 8mile.

I shopped around for my fiance's engagement ring and found Jim to be the most trustworthy, personable and reasonably priced. Jim draw out exactly what I wanted the ring to look like on paper and then made it happen. I highly recommend him to all jewelry shoppers.

My husband and I have had a few things done by OC jewelers - appraisals, resizing a gold bracelet and most recently design and mounting a ring of diamonds I had on hand from my grandmothers jewelry. I'm thrilled with their service and my overall experiences here! My ring is beautiful and I'm so happy with how it turned out. They are honest, diligent and very fairly priced! Will definitely be using them for any future jewelry needs.

I went in to get my engagement ring resized, and the owner Jim was so very helpful. He took the time and explained the process and had the ring back to me just in time for the Easter holiday. He also explained the process I would need to take for purchasing our wedding bands, and also set fourth possible designs. I highly recommend going to him for all your needs. He has been in the business for a long time and knows what he is doing.

Opened up my small Tupperware of jewels and then proceeded to tell me that (while already going through it) it would be $50 to sort though anything. Can never see why anyone who doesn’t smoke rocks would bring their business to these crooked thieves. gold star gold buyers sorts for free!!

I brought my engagement ring in for repair. One of the stones had come out. Jim took great care in repairing it. He reset the stone and the ring looks better than the day I got it. He also replaced 3 watch batteries for me. Jim took the time to explain the repair to me in great detail and the price was very fair. He was a pleasure to deal with and a great conversationalist. I highly recomend the services of J.W. Cole Jewelry.
