Heritage Place

Earlier today I had the opportunity to have a full tour of the Heritage Place residence with Astra Belisario. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. They have excellent Covid-19 protocols in place for the health and safety of the staff, residents and visitors. All of the amenities were top notch and you immediately get a sense that the residents truly enjoy being there. For anyone considering the transition into a retirement residence, I would highly recommend meeting with Astra to have a discussion about Heritage Place and to complete a tour of the residence.

Heritage Place is a wonderful community and great organization. A special shout out to the recreation department under the leadership and direction of Ann Swaby. I am a performer and visit multiple retirement facilities every month and I have to say that Ann is one of the very best recreationist in the business. For too many its just a job

Have been teaching classes at Heritage Place since well before the pandemic. The room is spacious, bright, and sun-lit, with plenty of windows to let the daylight in. The staff (and residents) are what make the time there such a pleasure. Their pleasant and diligent persistence in the face of the pandemic was both reassuring and inspiring. Took my first rapid antigen test there! (Part of entry precautions earlier on in the pandemic.) Kudos to Ann Swaby of the Recreation Department both before and during the pandemic.

As a Move Management company it is always a pleasure to move a client into Heritage Place. Their team is always a pleasure to work with. After the move my clients share their positive experiences with me and their comfort in knowing they made the right decision moving to Heritage Place.

The staff is amazing! Dedicated to making retirement enjoyable, engaging and fun.With Ann Swaby running the Recreation Department, there is an endless amount of enjoyable activities for every kind of interest.

I visited Heritage Place for the Sing & Swing Gala. It was a pleasant experience. Everyone was warm and friendly and the residents were happy dancing and singing, I even get to listen to my favourite song which was played by a wonderful musician “Country road take me home”(Heritage Place⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️)

Love the community feel each time I visit Heritage Place. The staff and management team are always friendly and resident focused. Thank you for all that you do to support the community.

As an entertainer, it is a pleasure working with Recreation Manager Ann Swaby, and her efficient team at Heritage Place.The warm and fun-loving residents always have a ball, singing along and/or dancing, creating a lively ambiance.Besides organizing various activities and trips, Ann selects a wide array of themed musical celebrations. Concerts are performed accordingly, in different settingsIn the intimate Theatre Room that has comfortable and plush seats for all, I enjoy performing cool Jazz, Latin and easy listening music.In the Summertime, residents get to hear upbeat 50s &60s rock 'n' roll and pop music at the outdoors gazebo, while enjoying ice cream and cool refreshments.It is no wonder that the warm environment and amazing staff here make the residents happy to call beautiful Heritage Place home"."

As a downsizer, it is always a pleasure to move my clients into Heritage Place! They rave about the staff, the food and the accommodations. I never knew they had cottages with FULL basements! I have been an Entertainer at Heritage Place for several years. I do a poker game there for the residents that’s just for fun. The Activity Manager Ann Swaby goes above and beyond to see that the residents are satisfied with the activities there. Every time I am there for a visit I feel welcomed by all of the staff members there. It’s a very well run retirement home and the residents always seem to be happy.
