Great room and staff. Location convenient and well maintained hotel. Quick to take care of any issues. Brunch is an event in itself... 11 courses for Easter. Be hungry.

Unfortunately, I did not get to have the luxury experience that this 5-star hotel advertises. For two nights in a row, I've been delivered cold dinner. This is because the butler service is non-attentive and very slow. I had to call 3 or 4 times to remind them that I had a food delivery at the front desk. I even called once I placed the order to give them a heads up that I had food coming so that my food wouldn't get cold. It still didn't matter that I called in advance. In fact, I called to use the butler service two other times for items that I needed because I was under the weather. I never got an answer on the phone nor a return phone call. This forced me to catch a Lyft to a local market to grab a few essentials I needed. There was literally no reason for me to pay extra to stay here to experience the butler service" because it was non-existent. I've stayed at 3-star hotels with significantly better service. Rating two stars instead of one because the top floor restaurant has fantastic service

I stayed at the hotel to celebrate my birthday with the family. The hotel surprised me by decorating my room and provided a small birthday cake. My kids love the stuffed animal. The hotel has a pretty sizable swimming pool on the 32nd floor. In order to access it, you will need to get to the 31st floor then through the Spa elevator to the pool. That kept the kids busy for one hour. In addition, there is a sauna room in both men's and women's changing rooms. When we returned from dinner, the hotel butler had already set up our room for sleeping. The only issue we had was our neighbors. They were playing loud music which I had to contact the hotel front desk. They had stopped for a bit until around 1:00 am when I was woken up by the music again. But I fell asleep shortly after that.

I stayed at the St. Regis for business and the hotel was beautiful. It was very pricey but I enjoyed the amenities and would probably stay there again. Special shout out to George the doorman for always being helpful in every way possible.

So many things in the room were broken. The service was pretty unreliable. My suite door doesn't lock. The overhead shower head drips so there's no way to not get your hair wet. They didn't come for room service when I turned off my DND, but then the next day when I had it ON, they came in my room. Room service is unreliable and there's no guarantee you can even put an order in. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillow go SO FLAT.I have no idea why this is supposed to be a 5 star hotel.

Staff was fine and great location, but the room and building left much to be desired however in terms of this being 5 star hotel. I would place it at 3.5, maybe 4. As another person said pillows were flat, couldn't get a good night's sleep even with stacking 3 of them, just no support, left with an ache in my neck. They definitely cheaped out while building the hotel too, so much road noise came into my room day and night, cheap windows, mine became stuck on the last day too, wouldn't close. The shower would randomly leak water which was very loud. The drapes were automatic but after night one wouldn't close all the way and had to use a lot of strength to pull them shut. The elevator was the worst part, half the time wouldn't accept my card which you needed to swipe to select the floor. Many times had to ride all the way up to floor 31 and back. Seemed like a typical occurrence as I witnessed others having the same issue. Last night there i lost my cool and started punching the number bad i was so frustrated. I regret choosing this over the Omni king Edward which I stayed in last time I was in Toronto. Regis has bigger rooms but everything else is much better at the Omni just down the street. Go there instead if you are spending this kind of money. And the morning I was leaving woke up to a bill saying I was being charged almost $700 on top of the money I had already prepaid for the stay which I thought was the full tab. Staff fixed it but not fun to think my bill had gone up almost 50%!

Beautiful luxury hotel. Cafe Astor serves great tea and drinks. Beautiful decor. We spend the night, the room is beautiful and the bed is cozy and spacious. Bathroom is my favorite. Pool and hot tub located on the 32nd floor.
