Poco Loco

I went into this store and purchased some items . After I left immediately came right back to return 2 items that my sister told me she already got for me. When I went back in I was told that they have a no return policy ( which isn’t displayed anywhere ) that to me is strange way to do business if you have rules that aren’t very common then please have them displayed. The reason I gave this 3 stars and not 0 is because of the employees I would have given it more just for them but I wanted to relay my concern. The employees Cheryl and Alexia went above and beyond to help me out and made sure I left happy . The owner of this place should know what valuable employees they have working for them !

I finally had the chance to visit this amazing store this morning. Great selection of keto products. The service was fantastic! I have allergies and needed to check about some of the baking, staff were very knowledgeable. Highly highly recommend the delicious leanbacks!

Delicious gluten free, keto friendly baked goods and take home meals. I have been ordering from them since they were only making wraps and I keep coming back. Now they offer tons of fresh and frozen baked goods and meals. Some of my favourites include their light and fluffy buns, eclairs, parfaits, and their sweet and sour sauce. The kitchen is dedicated gluten free (and sugar free). You can order directly through them via their website and/or their main storefront they share with Sugar Free and More. As a bonus, the owners Daryle and Rachel are super friendly and very kind. I highly recommend!

Walking into this place was I was blown away by the selection of keto friendly and GF products that are priced similar to the big box stores but with WAY more selection and supporting a local business. No more hunting for the keto products as this place has only low carb and GF!I tried some of Pocoloco samples on display that were amazing. The buns were so soft by far the best I've ever tasted for GF or keto, prepackaged meals were awesome and don't get me started on the parfaits. I'm looking forward to trying their signature wraps, cookies and chips (I'm no fan of pork rinds).I got there at noon but was told even though the cooler was still fairly full they had much more selection earlier in the morning. Similar to the best bakeries get here early or call your order in to ensure you get your favorites.My picture below is the next day although it's missing about a 1/3 due to my wife and kids eating GF and enjoying it.

I came to pocoloco for the first time today and I am impressed, not only was the customer service excellent but can we talk about the products. The chocolate chip cookies were too die for and their pita chips are amazing, you honestly can’t tell that you’re eating low carb. I still have to try the tortilla but I know it will be amazing. I will definitely be coming back! This is just what Edmonton needed, Canada hasn’t caught onto the keto lifestyle like the US so it’s nice to have a local place to shop for low carb QUALITY products that are also priced fairly.

So glad to finally find a place dedicated to providing keto-friendly food, snacks, ingredients, supplements...basically anything keto, you can find here.During my first visit there, I got the Peanut Butter Cookie Parfait and some keto snacks (fried chicken skin--better than potato chips any day!). The owner even gave me a taster of their pre-made meals, on the house (I believe it was Meatballs in Rose Sauce and Cauliflower Rice). True to their slogan of We won't sell anything that tastes healthy

Ok…. This is the best place EVER! Daryle is so knowledgable when it comes to keto diet and sugar, free and gluten-free, eating. The baked goods are to die for, and his take home meals are amazing!! Try the mashed cauliflower ❤️❤️

One thing you’ll notice about the owners is how passionate they are about what they do. It comes across in the quality of their products, the relationships they build with customers and vendor partners and they live the lifestyle they promote. Their products are high quality and taste amazing!!! I highly recommend them to anyone, you wont be disappointed and you won’t be wasting your money on their product line. They deliver the goods which makes living a keto lifestyle much easier!
