Good service nice morning adult staff..Clean tables to sit and eat..Only draw back is tim Hortons charging 10 cents for a extra cup.Especially when u order a hot black coffee.The sleeves don't work..Too bad for tim Hortons.Back to McDonald's I go for cofee.. and its cheaper

Not sure what the problem has been here lately??? Is there no training at all for making the food??, I got pretty much a fully unwrapped pile of garbage they called a farmers wrap this morning, like it’s really not that hard to make a wrap right?

OMG!! I've stopped at this Tim's a few times altho in the last year it's been terrible! I asked for double toasted bagel with extra butter and this is what I got. Sickening! This is the second time this exact thing has happened! Bagel had butter on both the inside and outside! It wasn't even something I could eat. Absolutely terrible. I took the butter off and this is what was left! Please fix this poor service! Perhaps the management team could speak with thier employees about this?! I'd definitely go down tge road to a different tim hortons

Hot Fresh Coffee, pleasant service.I informed the employee of a mistake made to my coffee order earlier in the day during placing my request for a coffee and he happily suggested that he will give me a complimentary coffee. I received my new hot fresh coffee and also a complimentary coffee coupon for my next delicious coffee order.Thank you, Tim Hortons, great service.

My experience here is very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s terrible. We tend to do mobile orders now. There also seems to be quite the difference between weekday and weekend staff. However, if we have any issues, they’re quick to help us resolve them.

The man that does the front counter is terrible. He is rude and I dread going to this Tim’s because he works there. I bring in large orders I get they take time to make but I’m willing to wait if it’s extremely busy. I understand people have off days but this man has been rude every time I have ordered with him. He sighs when I add more to the order and is miserable.it’s very convenient for my work to use this Tim’s but I will be using other Tim’s in the future. This is solely based on my experience with this man. All other staff are helpful and nice.

So my daughter and I sat waiting for almost 10 mins to get smile cookies and when she opened the bag the cookies looked like they were basically tossed in there and some were broken. Needless to say it didn't put a smile on our face. Take some pride in what you do please!

Worst Tim Hortons experience ever.Waited 7 minutes to order my coffee in store even though there was no line up. No coffee brewed and ready to go so after waiting a few more minutes told them decaf, dark roast, anything okay just need to get going.No coffee brewed and ready to go.Had to leave after 11 minute total visit to a practically empty Tim Hortons without my paid for coffee.
