My husband and I went into Andre's Castlegar today to see about replacing our Samsung cellphones. We had the pleasure of being served by Cee Cee Saliken. Cee Cee was so engaging, knowledgeable and helpful. This is a woman who enjoys what she does and helping people get the best deal. In less than an hour we left with new cellphones and the best possible plan. My husband mentioned to me that this was the most seamless change in cellphones we have ever had. We have nothing but the highest praise for Cee Cee and her service.

Avinash was most helpful, awesome customer service. Andre's rocks. They trouble shoot my issues and come up with solutions. And I don't need to be hunting for receipts as they have me in their system. I am done with those cheap o box stores.

My Baba has had a hard time hearing people on her home phone and has been very lonley not having a source of communication so we went into andres today to get my Baba her very first cell phone. In her late 80s and with absolutely no conputer skills you can imagine it wasn't an easy task.Ceecee made all of that so much easier! She was so kind and patient and really took her time to listen to my Babas concerns. Most people would get frustrated but she was incredibly kind and understanding from beginning to the end. Highly recommend going to see her for any of your cell phone needs!
