Note that this review is for the Main TA Appliance store, not the clearance one. Thanks!Customer service department at this store is extremely slow and unresponsive. You have to ping them several times to remind them there are outstanding issues that they have not resolved. Whenever they do respond to you, they are highly careless and unprofessional.

I had a horrible experience with TA Appliances online. Short advice is, never do business with them. Long story is, I ordered three appliances through their store and paid a $1,500 deposit up front. Not a single sales agent/store staff gave me any update via any means (email, phone, text, etc, none) and I had to call, call and call to follow up constantly with whether the items I ordered was back in stock, or if it arrived in their warehouse, or any information at all. It was through consistent calling and following up that I knew that 2 of the items were already in warehouse ready for pickup. I guess their way of doing things is that, not until the last of the three items arrived at their warehouse, would they consider giving me a heads-up. Unfortunately, during my most recent call, they pushed back the expected due date of the last item to August (I placed the order in Feb), whereas on Best Buy, the exact same item could be purchased and delivered in 2 days.After picking up the first two items, I finally became fed up with them and simply called their sales agent and said, enough is enough, keep the deposit I paid towards my 3rd item--which happened to be non-refundable--and we are done. I rather waste my 25% deposit money on this item and buy it somewhere else, than wasting any more time with this horrible store.

I love the traeger grill! Im glad i bought it!! However it didnt come with the drip bucket or temperature probe!

The salesperson was knowledgeable about dishwashers and directed us to one that I had been considering. I am very happy with the Kitchen Aid purchase and I hardly hear it running. I would have given them 5 stars but the other brands I was comparing, namely Bosch, were not in stock. And I know that is not their fault.

The salesperson was friendly and helpful.He came out to greet us when got there and was very informative, but not pushy.The paper work was also done quick and efficiently.

Geoff made my visit worth my time. Most Guys want in and out ASAP, and that is exactly what happened. Will be returning in 2022 for a new gas BBQ.

Bojana was a great help to my wife and myself with our package purchase of appliances for our home renovation. She thoroughly explained the differences between appliance models and appliance manufacturers. When we forgot some of the information or needed a second look in order to understand a feature, Bojana was happy to go over it all again as we navigated the large display area. It is not often when sales people say they are working for Mary and me that we are fully convinced. We believe when Bojana says that she is working for the clients that she is being genuine. I bought a dryer from the TA outlet centre. Carlos is the person who helped me. He is very friendly, efficient, pleasant and extremely helpful. I really appreciate his service in helping me to find a dryer. Thumbs up to him!!
