We purchased beam covers for our porch, there was a miscommunication and the wrong size was ordered. 4” versus 6”. The product was removed from its packaging before this was noticed. The cardboard sleeve that is used by the company as packaging collapses on itself once the product is taken out making it impossible to put back in. The company policy is that if the product is not in its original packaging you cannot return it.Despite the product being in “as sold” condition, still having the original packaging and labelling, Canwel Distribution (Deer Lake, NF) and the representative Derek White refused to accept the return.You would think with a 20% restocking fee, this company would be more accommodating.Will NEVER buy anything from this company ever again.Buyers beware!I wish I could have selected no stars.
