My review is specifically relating to the customer service provided by Alan at GoRest. Alan initially spoke with me on the phone regarding the best latex mattress set up for my needs - a very personalized approach that was appreciated, compared to some other companies that only have chats or emails set up. The customer service with this company is impeccable. They stand by their brand, they work with the customer, and if something isn't right, they fix it. They are also true to their word.

We bought a queen organic latex G5+ mattress. The delivery was smooth and as promised. I was hopeful that it would help with my back pain and after sleeping on it for some time now my back pain is gone. The latex mattress we bought is quite heavy, but it's manageable!!

I am very sensitive to chemicals and was looking for a latex mattress that was ALL natural latex, and not made of a blend of natural and synthetic latex. I can say that when I received the G5 mattress that there was absolutely no smell of volatile organic chemicals (VOCs). What a relief, as I physically react to these!I was also skeptical about choosing the layers, not having felt them in person; so here’s what I got in case it helps you choose: 2 inches of super soft, 2 inches of plush with a base of medium on my half, and a firm base on my husband’s half. For reference I’m petite and I love the comforting feel of the super soft latex on the top. Even though my husband (medium build) likes a firmer bed, he enjoys the best of both worlds in this bed, pressure relieving on the top and firm in the support. I can say having slept on a pocket coil mattress in the past, an all-latex bed is much much better on your back!Special thanks to Alan, who was fantastic in helping me with all my concerns! Delivery was quick and painless. Definitely recommend the product!!

I was looking for a different and better mattress than what I saw in big box stores and bought the Organic M2 model. I suffered from poor sleep as I have been recovering from surgery and have insomnia. I frequently found that I was moving from my bed to the couch half way through the night. Now I stay put. I also found that the latex mattress kept me cooler in the summer. I highly recommend it. Bonus, I received 2 free latex pillows with my mattress.

One of my friend gave the reference of this shop,I purchased mattress toppers from them and find they are the best among the others i used earlier.
