Superior Garage Doors

Buyer beware....my husband and I moved into our new home last year. We noticed one garage door panel was bent and called this company to replace it. That was in early October of 2016. We are now well into march 2017 and have yet to have our PAID for panel. When I called to voice my fustration i was shocked with the ill mannered front desk personal. Her tone and unprofessional attitude to me and my situation was so terrible I could not believe it. That's when we received the first panel. That had the wrong size windows holes. We were then told he would order us another panel three weeks later we again received the wrong window holes. We were again waiting well over a month before my husband had to Call to find out when we were getting our new panel. A few more weeks went by and we were called... it was in. Happy to hear we took time off work again to have it put in and AGAIN Wrong window holes. At this point my husband and I say there is no way they can mess up again and we wait another month and a half to have them call us again to say it is in. They then send in a young man over to install the panel for my husband (who again took another day off work) my husband then noticed it was actually the very first panel that they previously tried to give us. The young man then put our windows back in our panel and screwed it in so tight he cracked the window and didn't even tell us. We noticed it after he left. This is so disappointing, money doesn't grow on trees and this company has taken advantage of a young couple that were so excited to enjoy their home. Needless to say, we are still waiting for our panel and an apology!

Prompt and reliable service.

The reason I rated Superior Garage doors with a 3 is not because they did not do a great job on our installing of a new door, and not because a representative came out and helped us with a colour selection, but because we are still waiting as of October 2013 for someone to come out and replace the capping on the side of the garage itself. Last October we were told we would have it done by Christmas. Then when we phone a couple of times before then and once after, it was we will do it next week, or in a couple of weeks. Okay after the 4th time we let it go for a few weeks as it has been cold. Then my Husband called up in February and they said they would be there on the 19th of February. Well surprise...no visit yet. Then the best part is when he called back again two weeks ago, the woman there told him that they never give a date or day of the week when doing these jobs......lie because my husband told them that we would not be here then and she said that is fine. That phone call brought on ....we will be out next week" (wk of March 10th to 14th).....guess what no show yet again. SO

The service was prompt, professional and courteous.

Wow. I'm just blown away with the great service, and honesty of this company. Tom came in to replace my garage door opener. Instead, he figured out what was wrong with the existing, and saved me a bundle of money! I love an honest company! And the fact my garage door opener now works again is awesome!

We purchased our doors from Superior in 2003. They have maintained their look throughout the years even with our doors facing a tough west setting sun. On the bottom of both doors, I noticed a little bit of rust appearing. I called the company looking for a method of cleaning off these annoying little spots. All I was anticipating was advice on what cleanser to possibly purchase, a possible home remedy, etc. The lady who took my call looked up our records, determined what type of door it is and the colour. She said one of their representatives would personally deliver a small quantity of the applicable paint to our house within the week. Today we received the paint, less than a week from that phone call. Quite frankly, I am very pleasantly surprised this type of service still exists. Thank you very much all you fine people working at Superior Garage Doors!
