I popped in on a whim and ended up buying 2 gorgeous Decor -Rest couches for our cottage . Christy was amazing ! So helpful , upfront and honest . And gave me their extra % off beating the competitor .Beth, was great helping to make sure my couches made it to the right place and taking my funds over the phone .And Steve and assistant were amazing . So professional at drop off and not leaving a trace behind.He showed me how to set up and use my new pullout couch.They were on time with delivery and stored it for a few months until we needed them !We will shop with them again :)

The store was clean and staff were friendly. Like all furniture stores in Canada their inventory suffers from supply chain issues, and they did not have what I was looking for and to order it the delivery date was maybe late 2022, 12 months or more out.

Loved the 2 couches we ordered! Jim kept us informed through Covid protocols and was excellent about holding our items until we could get inside delivery. The delivery drivers were really friendly helpful and careful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Stratford Home Furniture. We also got a really great sale price on our items.

I bought a bedroom set form this store about 15 months ago and a couple of days ago the bed frame broke. I contacted the store to which they said they could have someone come out and look at it and maybe potentially fix it but there would be a fee for them coming out and a fee for the possible repair and if something had to be replaced there would be a fee for the part and a fee for them brining it out and so forth. I payed almost $600 for a bed frame that didn't even last me a year and a half and all they want to do is get more money out of it. Not very customer oriented in my opinion. I'm very disappointed in the product as they said it would last years but didn't even last two. Probably could have bought a better bedframe off amazon for way less money.

Amazing and friendly service...always greeted by someone with a smile on their face! Furniture is beautiful and high quality. Recently purchased a new coffee table and absolutely love it. One of my favourite furniture stores, not only for the beautiful selection but the knowledgeable staff as well!Will be back soon :)

From website to delivery my experience was perfect everything when off without a hitch. I called in the morning and a knowledgeable and easy to talk to gentlemen by the name of Jim Fierling. I even called back later that afternoon to add a item to the order. Again from online to work order to payment on the same truck and at my door by mid afternoon. If that isn't the way you want the process in the Covid times. It was perfect. I even wrote to the company to give Jim some praise and a raise. Turns out he was the owner if that isn't how you stay in business. Thank you. I don't know if it makes a difference but this was the Stratford Ontario location.

I recently purchased some Jackson Alyssa furnishings from Home Furniture in Stratford. I am delighted with how comfortable they are and how beautiful they look. Through no fault of the store, Covid caused some delays to delivery dates at that time, but Jim the Manager, or one of his associates was always very happy to update me on its estimated date of arrival whenever I asked. When my furniture arrived, it was sent right to my door by two very friendly delivery men who were able to carry it with ease up quite a challenging set of stairs. I am so pleased with my purchase that I returned to order additional pieces in the same line. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
