Excellent ExperienceInsideOut NB Home Inspection did a fantastic job examining our purchase property. Through and detailed inspection report was easy to follow with multimedia videos and pictures. State of the art inspection techniques such as borascope and overhead drone videos were very informative. Pricing was very reasonable and on par with the industry. I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.

Devon was friendly, open, warm and the nicest professional to work with.He greeted me at the site, walked through the entire structure answering all my questions thoroughly, and was more than happy to expand on terminology that I wasn't fully versed in.The inspection report was THE MOST amazingly comprehensive home inspection report I have ever had the pleasure of reviewing! He used state of the art technology when performing his inspection - which allowed for incredible video clips of the roof (via drone footage) and 1st person views of enclosed spaces like the attic.I was able to see EXACTLY what he saw AND got to listen to his findings and explanations as he spoke through the video!I will recommend this company, AND Devon specifically, to and for anyone who requires a home inspection.Thank you so much!

We highly recommend Devon! He is extremely responsive, professional and pleasant.He booked our inspection within just a couple of days of reaching out to him. He explained the process thoroughly and answered all our questions. The process of using his web-based system to complete the paperwork and payment was super convenient.The home inspection report was also web-based and easy to navigate and understand. The report had lots of detail, organized in a way that was easy to follow. There were lots of helpful pictures and useful videos (including high-res comprehensive drone footage of the whole property). You could also download a PDF copy the report which is convenient. He went above and beyond and provided us with information about things like where to find our water shut off, etc. The report also includes instructional links and images that help you better interpret your report.Overall, we couldn't ask for a better experience!

First, I have to say, if it was possible to give more than a five star rating, I would. If you’re looking for a home inspection, don’t waste your time going anywhere else contact inside out inspections as soon as you can that’s what we did and they fit us in to their busy schedule and accommodated our schedule, the whole experience was positive, he is extremely well qualified. He has the latest tools and technology, he even uses a drone to fly around the entire property to evaluate the home in places, that would be almost impossible to get to. He used thermal imaging, took extensive photographs, even climbed into the attic, and put a camera down the sewer lines.

We are so happy we decided to go with InsideOut! Devon did an incredible job with our home inspection. His knowledge, attention to detail and equipment far exceeded our expectations. Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a quality inspection and piece of mind when buying a house!
