I love this place! By far my favourite vape shop in the area. The staff are very professional and friendly, and were able to make some recommendations for me, as I was feeling indecisive. It’s also so gorgeous inside! Definitely an amazing experience coming here from start to finish!

AAAAA-mazing service - Amelie is a rockstar - she's always friendly, helpful and responds immediately to my messages when I am ready to order online and need stock updated in the online store. I could have started going to another store closer to me, but the delivery is really convenient for me and I really appreciate the new one-day delivery service company who is faster and actually drops at my door (rather than the last one who would call and want me to come outside in the rain, to their car to hand me my order through their window :-/ )

Horrible customer service. Walk in the store, then someone whom appeared to be the manager in an extremely rude and condescending tone and wording demanded ID. Now, I’ve been vaping for ten years, have ID and regularly show it basically weekly. She lectured me on how it’s the law, I asked if they’ve been fined recently or something? As I didn’t understand her sharpness nor how she worded it. I asked the question WITH my ID in hand, was going to give it to her… then decided to take my business elsewhere. Not due to laws, but due to the frown on her face as soon as I walked in the store.
