Booked appointment for tire rotation. Was in and out within moments. There was a slight administration error that was resolved to my satisfaction. Returned for the retorque a few days later when a very courteous gentleman had it done right away. “Bravo Zulu”

I was conned into taking my 7 year old Mercedes e250 for an oil change. I was convinced by the website that stated that they specialize in the A and B service of Mercedes. The manager assured me that they could definitely look after me. After waiting an hour into the appointment time, they said that they didn't have the proper wrench to loosen the oil filter.The tool in question had to come from the Mercedes dealership the following week.Bottom line is, they couldn't handle a simple oil change on a 7 year old Mercedes car.

Can't enough about this place! We were stuck with a dead battery, moving my mother the next day from a retirement place right next to this garage, up to North Bay. And they were so accomodating, honest, quick and reliable. Very knowledgeable at the front desk too, very much on the ball with parts and service and clear explanations and service.They really came through for us and made our move and trip stress free and I sure needed that, because I was stressed. Thank you Tirecraft Bellville, you rock! I would not hesitate, to highly recommend them, great bunch of folks. Thank's again, you helped end this move on a high note, we got home safely and it could have been so much worse, without the excellent timely and accomodating service we received from them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Service was above and beyond when I attended this shop yesterday with a nail sticking out of the side of my rear wheel. They immediately ordered a replacement which was delivered today and upon my attendance was installed within my time slot. Also while talking to the counter staff yesterday a young male employee offered to remove the damaged tire and replace it with the our spare without us asking for the help. The pricing was very reasonable and the service outstanding considering we have never been their customer in the past.

Booked appointment two weeks ago and drove 1.5 hours from upnorth ... The receptionist was so rude because the technician didn't tell her" that I had told them I was waiting to bring in my car!! Finally after waiting 40 minutes she tells me that I had to move my car and come inside ... I cancelled after I told her that she didn't need to give me attitude and turned around walked out the door! I also thanked the two technicians as I left (the ones I talked to that I was there for my appointment...poor customer service!!!!) I am a healthcare professional and that receptionist doesn't know how to talk to people!!!!! I found another place in Belleville for the same day!!"

I was very impressed with the quick service, honest attention and reasonable quotes.Real humans run the place so when I asked for Text instead of a call, I got that with ease!Might become my regular garage depending on how next work goes!
