Very appreciative of the support I got from this location. Had to source a generic blower fan after not having stock at the oem supplier. Was able to get it retrofitted with some motor arms. A great gift three days before Christmas and one day before a storm.

Had a very old bathroom fan motor which wasn't readily available on the market. Had already been to two other suppliers and had no luck ordering one. My customer was having a large wedding gathering at his home and needed this replaced ASAP. No time to replace the fan unit with a new one.Jon at the Surrey branch stepped up and supplied me with the best replacement motor even when the replacement motors in his data base indicated the wrong motors would work, he found and installed the correct motor on my behalf. It would have been a nightmare getting the wrong motor back to the customers house to install, even though the online info stated it would work.Jon was so helpful and made me the 'go to guy' in my customers eyes. He truly cared, and for that, Soper Surrey will be my first choice in the future. THANKS JON !!!!
