This place is the absolute worst.TL/DR: garbage staff, no ethics, bad service across the board, even worse if you're a SmartStart customer.The sales staff are uninformed on the products they sell and they have zero customer service skills. They will actively avoid helping you while in store and are impossible to reach on the phone. They have a bad habit of telling people that items are on the way when they haven't been ordered yet, prompting customers to lay deposits instead of going elsewhere. Everything is overpriced and stock is always incredibly limited.Eric is likely the worst electronics installer in the world. His and the shop managers attempts to save time and solder/wrap wires to fuses instead of connecting them properly, directly to power sources has caused multiple electrical issues to a brand new vehicle, including dangerous shut downs in start/stop traffic. He also probably shouldn't try to sell customers weed during appointments. I have had nothing but terrible experiences at this store.Do yourself a favour a shop elsewhere if you can.If you can't go elsewhere, due to a DUI, then don't let Andres limited hours/staffing/professionalism cost you more money when they cancel your calibration appointments due to their own negligence and poor work ethics. Ensure you log all complaints with their partner criminals at SmartStart directly so that you don't have to pay for unlock codes due to missed" appointments. Went in a couple months ago knowing exactly what TV I wanted to buy. I stood by the counter and watched an employee putter around, clean, and che k his phone but he completely ignored me. We even made eye contact a few times and he didn't even stop to say hello. After being ignored for more than 5 mins I took my business elsewhere.

We always go to Andres when buying any stereo equipment for cars, service is always exemplary. Our family won't go anywhere else. He always know exactly what we need and offers guidance and helpful tips for installation.

Got a ridiculous quote on a price of speakers 4 installed for 5000 . Really I went to your competitors got it done for 600 , they didn't want my business obviously. Don't bother explaining it to me I will never be back.

I started out by going into Andre's for advice regarding a stereo issue I was having. The audio manager was extremely helpful, even though I didn't buy the speakers from them. He refused to even suggest selling me anything until we knew what the issue was, so that we were not wasting our money. Once we solved the problem it was an easy choice when I decided to replace the stereo head unit in my car. Installation was done quickly and clean. I will be going back for additional stereo purchases in the future.

Came to return some speakers I got at a different store, they gave me a killer deal and exchanged them for some new ones. Great customer service, 100% would recommend!

Had a new stereo installed in my Roadglide today. Pulled away with Bad to the Bone playing nice & loud. Service was great from the front counter to the tech installing the stereo. He took the care with my fairing I figured he should, as he rides himself so he knew how important being careful is. Back in the saddle again against the wind.

Always a pleasure dealing with Dave. I travel a few hours out of my way just to go to this establishment for his killer customer service.

I have been in Customer Service for 40yrs. Have always recieved great service here but I had to mention Kiara in the Mobility center. Phenomenal!! Helpful beyond expectations, super friendly and genuine (hate fake personas from Sales People). If I was back in business I would be poaching her in a second! Thank you Kiara!!
