Your lack of customer service is remarkable! If I treated my clients the way you did, I would not be in business. You were happy to take my money, but now can’t seem to find the time to return calls. I’m grateful to have a wonderful mechanic that found the issue with this nearly new trailer before the wheel came off!!!!! Don’t worry, I won’t forget our memorable dealings.

Purchased our second trailer from Fletcher's today. I wouldn't buy anywhere else. When you buy a trailer it needs to be built to last and with design features that have safety and functionality in mind. The owners and staff here are horse people and they know how important safety and quality in a trailer is to people moving valuable and loved animals.
