Blind Depot - Canada Blinds

Very satisfied with my zebra blind purchase from Blind Depot. I love that the blinds are made in Toronto, Canada and I am supporting local.

My wife and I ordered 15 blinds for our new custom built home. We were a little nervous and apprehensive on ordering over $13,000 in window coverings without seeing the product. We ordered the Maxxmar motorized Sheer Shades and they arrived within 2 weeks of ordering. We were generally very pleased with the quality of the product and they were very easy to install and set up the remote and wifi for the motorization function of the blinds. However, we noticed a small tear in the fabric on one blind and an alignment issue on another blind. I want to thank Carlie from Blind Depot for providing her great professional customer service in quickly resolving our minor issues with the blinds to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend Blind Depot for high quality and affordable window coverings.

I was understandably apprehensive ordering blinds online from a website that offered such a reasonable price and a company that has a minimally extensive reputation but the black friday deal was especially affordable. Ordered the motorized zebra blinds (non hub version) which operate via the smart wand and Neo Smart Blinds Blue App for android and iphone. Provided dimensions online, submitted order December 26 and received blinds January 23, one thing to note here is that the online order tracking updates on their website are not consistently updated, I have received and installed my blinds and my order status still says processing"

I was wary about ordering online. I read all the reviews and they were so positive. I ordered and found they are a great company to deal with. We ordered several blinds and are totally satisfied. They were all on sale and the bonus is that the company is Canadian ❤️ My advice - order samples, and measure and measure and measure again. The quality and fit is terrific. I ordered zebra blinds and would definitely recommend paying the extra and going cordless. We get so many compliments. I have absolutely no regrets. Love my blinds and the great service.
