I broke the outer glass covering of one of my ceiling light fixtures and expected that I'd have to purchase an entire new fixture. Unfortunately we discovered the model isn't available anymore. But Jackie was so helpful - she looked at similar models and identified that one of them has a glass covering that is similar if not identical to my older broken version. I brought it home and it worked! Thanks so much to Jackie for saving me hundreds of dollars and headaches.

Great service!! Very knowledgeable staff and huge selection of light fixtures! I needed a specific bulb so I called to see if they sold it, and sure enough they put it aside and had it ready for pickup for me.

I was extremely impressed with the way the staff treated me. I dealt with Melissa, and she was extremely knowledgeable in providing explanations to my questions as well as giving me a multitude of recommendations that suited my scenario. I also had a smooth, no pressure, return process. Overall it was one of the very few times that I’ve felt like I mattered as a customer as compared to big-box stores. Looking forward to my future purchases there!

Was told that we couldn't get our credits back and that we have to pay full for the lights we want for our new house. The manager in-charge of our account also never ever reached out to us, not even showed her face while we were at the store. Communication was all done through one of their customer reps, who was more than happy to assist and accommodate us. Unhappy customer and will never ever go back to them again. Won't be recommending them to my friends either. Avoid like the bubonic plague!

This place has so much lighting choice for your home but the real gem of this store is Lisa Johnson! She was so helpful, knowledgeable, prompt in responses, and patient with us as we picked out all of light fixtures for our house.If you are in the need for light fixtures for your house, I highly recommend Lisa to be your consultant! You won't be disappointed!
