Decorama was recommended to us by a friend and we were not disappointed. We had our entire second floor carpeted, three bedrooms and hallway. Upon completion we noticed a slight colour variation at the seam in our master bedroom. Decorama was so helpful and quick to correct the problem. We had the genuine feeling that they really wanted a happy customer no matter what it took. They ended up replacing the entire second floor carpet and we are extremely happy. Thank you as well to their wonderful installers who visited us twice. I have recommended this company to others and will continue to spread the word, they are fantastic!

Bad experience. Horrible quality of products which equaled to the horrible customer service received afterwards. Home Depot hands down will be a better bang for your buck and if any issues afterwards Home Depot will resolve the matter.Worst quality of flooring around. Don’t waste your time or money with this place.

I have been a customer at Decorama for over 10 years as well as other members of my family and have always been very pleased with them. The customer service is amazing if you have any issues at all. The installers are fast and thorough and do a great job.I'll be using them again next year to install hardwood throughout my house and am sure they will do a great job.

Just recently had my stairs and basement landing re-carpeted, a small job, but yet again, they gave me the best recommendation for a carpet to suit the high traffic area, and had the installer there in a flash, who also did an awesome job! I don't usually post many reviews, but I realized, i have used this store several times now in my last three homes, and referred them to several friends who all had great experiences as well! It was long overdue to thank them publicly!
