We had the best experience in any pet store we’ve been to. We have two cats; one with scooting problems and the other with slight constipation. Joshua told us about the foods that Petland sells that helps with these issues (while also recommending a vet visit). He was extremely knowledgeable and we will definitely come back here for our pets’ needs.

Clingy sales representative all too eager to make a sale implied they were to receive a commission, making disingenuous of much instigation on their parts. The prices seemed to only limit obtaining the minimum products required to maintain a healthy pet above the lower income bracket. I love this red eared slider, which I must acknowledge was not acquired at Petland.

I got my two budgies here a few days ago after the death of my bird, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the place was well managed! Lots of well cared for animals of all types. I'm happy to say Flippy and Chica are doing great!

Honestly, I hate this place, when I was younger I use to love it but as I mature and get older, I realize that the animals are not taken seriously. Animals are abused, no proper cages or toys, they don't have the proper bedding or care at all. It's honestly disgusting, chances are the animals you get here will be sick, most fish have fin rot and are paired up with incompatible species, bettas are treated as decorations. Birds are very Skittish, nervous, bitey AND clipped. Reptile cages are to small and either have not enough enrichment or to much, so please get your animals from professionals, get your toys and care from a trusted source, and do your research. can't believe I used to love this place.
