We purchased a used 2019 grand design from Sunwest. Not only was Steve great with the sale and ensured that we had the right truck to tow this heavy unit but also made sure we knew how to run everything in the rig. Their service department has been top notch from making sure everything runs as it should but also answering all my not so smart questions. A1 in my books. Would do it again.

Expensive failed repair and poor servicedec 2021; Sunwest diagnosed an issue with the front cap of my RV. They presented me with a quote and assured me that they take great pride in their work and that their high standards for quality repairs would fix the issue, so I accepted.The work was completed late January 2022, a few weeks later we noticed continuous major water infiltration from the front cap. The problem had not been fixed. Sunwest charged me 5000$ for a repair that wasn’t properly completed. We contacted Sunwest about the unresolved issue.We had to insist that Sunwest investigate the failed repair more carefully. Reluctantly Sunwest staff inspected the RV and admitted that the repair was faulty, so they completed the repair that they were supposed to fix in the first place.In late March, I drove the vehicle back to my home in Quebec where I had it inspected in a local garage. They found out that the repair needed to be redone for water infiltration.I would absolutely not recommend Sunwest for repairs on your RV. My experience was stressful, expensive and took way longer than quoted. The service was friendly when they gave me the first quote for the repair. Once they had my business, the service was unfriendly and not cooperative. It is very unfortunate that they treat their customers with such disrespect and that they don’t stand by their work.

We brought over our small Coachmen Clipper 9.5 over for inspection, servicing and winterizing. All work to be done was explained upfront, pricing was as stated, and extra information provided at the time of pick-up. Happy to establish this relationship locally.

The staff at Sunwest RV made the purchase of our trailer seamless. Rik was very knowledgable about the unit we bought and was a pleasure to work with. Brooke in finance helped us achieve our goals and made us feel like family while working with us. We had our trailer delivered to us as well and Jon the delivery driver made sure our unit was all set up and delivered with no issues before he left. I highly recommend considering Sunwest RV if you're looking to purchase an RV of any type. They were fabulous to work with!

All of the folks I have dealt with at Sunwest RV Centre have been helpful. They verified with me and made clear everytime they needed to do something. They were conscious of my budget and made sure I had no surprises. Their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend Sunwest to anyone looking to buy or needing repairs.
