This was an amazing experience. We walked into the office stressed and concerned about our situation and within 3 hours we understood what we needed to do to fix the visa and how to apply. Thank you so much for all your help!

Just the worst. They don't know that the PCC should be scanned in color for EE CEC. I have to write letter to CIC to append the package by myself. When it comes to payment, that's the only moment they will be serious. Although I paid the fee in full and in time, I literally followed up the whole process by myself. I did lots of researches to tell them that certain things can't be done in the way they have been doing. Finally, I just wanna mention 1 of the numerous moments they are being unprofessional or even immoral: When I called the owner of this company saying I was panic about the fact that they submitted my PCC in black and white, he was mad at me saying it's after work (ok, I understand this, but you are basically ruining my 10-year effort in Canada!!!! take some responsibility of your unprofessionalism OK?), he said since I am speaking Mandarin, he is going to report to CIC that I faked my IELTS score. interesting? LOL.... if I can give negative stars I would. I just regret that I didn't record that phone call so that I can give solid proof to report this guy to CIC. I am surprised that this guy is a licensed agent.
