Tool Rental at The Home Depot
Tried to rent a floor maintainer from this location. Went through the website, rented, got the email confirmation 12-hours before. Everything okay. Arrive and they claim that the machine that I had rented was out of commission and unable to send out. They did not attempt to contact me to give me this information beforehand therefore wasting my time coming in and sending me a hour out of my way to go rent another one.Pick a different location or call before actually going in to see if the item you wish to rent is actually working, because they won't lift a finger to let you know. A piece of information that they failed to make publicly known.

Tool Rental at The Home Depot
I rented the snake machine for the toilets and it was quite heavy for my father so thankful the associate helped put it in the vehicle as well as help take it out when he returned. Great option to rent tools and cargo vehicles for a reasonable price.
