The tech did an outstanding job with my FACIAL From start to finish it was flawless. She was very kind, and knowledgeable of what she was doing. I was super impressed with the care and attention I received at my facial appointment . She was very tentative and thorough on explaining with detail what she was doing and what products she was using on my face. I felt relaxed and at ease. I left with a feeling of refreshed. Can’t wait for my next appointment , I highly recommend Talons Nails Salon-Lash & Spa.

The salon is clean and inviting. And the lady (can’t remember her name) was really really nice and sweet. But I had my nails done, and the next day two broke (no big deal) went in and she fixed them. Within less then a week all my nails fell off. (They didn’t snap off, they lifted off) due to not properly being prepped. I asked for a refund and was only able to be returned $25 of the $75 I had spent on these nails. Super super disappointed.

The owner and her husband are such wonderful kind people! They really do care about their job. I can always count on quality work and attention to detail. Love this place!

i asked for acrylics and she did them totally different with no acrylic powder, and the shape is super off and the gems have have glue coming out the sides. it took 2.5 hours for a set with one colour and two gems

I was blown away by this place. They were able to accommodate my nail emergency on such short notice too. I would highly recommend - especially if you like getting funky designs on your nails! Great conversations too.

WORST SERVICES I HAVE EVER HAD.I have had dozens of manicures and keep my brazilians up to date...I just moved to the area and needed a new set of nails after a cross country move and needed a tidy up and honestly there is absolutely no way these people had formal training, the husband was so awkward and shaky putting on the extension tips they were all crooked. The wife took 2.5 hrs to do a gel manicure then another hour to give me a Stop and Go brazilian wax. It hurt 100% more than necessary and took 40 min longer than it should..just look at the array of services they are offering, this place is just trying any way to capitalize on the beauty industry, Go to ANY other salon in Langford, this salon should be closed...I wish I could give zero stars.I was left covered in wax and bleeding into my clothes at 9pm after having arrived at 530 for a mani/wax appointment.Disgusting.

I have had my nails done twice now at Talons and will definitely come back. The service I received from the whole team at Talons was fantastic. They have a very welcoming and fun vibe and make you feel very comfortable. I also love that they are open Sundays! I highly recommend Talons.
