I needed a new dishwasher and this place was fantastic. They had options fitting the budget with features I wanted and showed me a few options that fit my needs. They actually had appliances in stock on-site instead of having to wait. Prices were competitive. I would recommend anyone looking for furniture or appliances check them out! No service once sold. Sold us a defective appliance. Replaced it, unit now broke a year later and won’t do anything about it. Do not stand behind their products and absolutely no support. Told to go to credit card company for additional support. No offer to support more. Never going back

Worst service ever! If I could give less than one star, I would. Sold us a floor model" fridge as that was all that was available. Neglected to tell us it was missing parts and the freezer drawer was broken. Claimed these are warranty issues and told us to deal with the manufacturer on our own. Claimed they can't install the fridge so gave us the name of their installer who didn't show on the install date and then bailed on us completely. Second installer showed up and installed the fridge unlevel and snagged the water line. Again

Had washer go went into Centennial. Florin gave great service and we went home that day with new washer at reasonable cost. Florin and warehouse staff were grwat. Thanks for prompt service

Bought a mattress and bed frame which I love, the bed is fitted great to my needs and I never wake up with back pain anymore.Got a new stove recently and it’s great.Great sales people, Get good prices. Friendly office staff. 10/10 recommend.

Not my personal experience but my moms (I was there though). We came here after an unfortunate experience with Ashleys and the customer service was top notch. Lotus was the person helping her out, and she was very accommodating from start to finish. We pretty much traveled the whole furniture section looking for what my mom wanted. Lotus was not pushy or impatient, she wanted my mom to find what she wanted. We ended up finding two pieces of furniture for their home ,and they are so happy with them! Delivery took less than a week (and they live an hour outside of town by the lake off the beaten path. The delivery guys even took their old furniture to a fellow in the same area who bought it. Big props to Lotus and Continental for going above and beyond!

Needed another freezer and the service from Will was so good on the last one we phoned to purchase another. Not only did he explain the difference in some similar models he had the one in stock we wanted and arranged delivery within 2 days at our convenience.But wait there's more! Not only did the delivery guys move our other freezer around to make room for the new one they were the most pleasant and effective of any delivery people we have had 10/10Great work! Thank you
