We purchased our luxury vinyl flooring at Milton hardwood and also had them install it. Extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of everyone we dealt with. The flooring was installed within one day and looks amazing.

My parents had their bedrooms refinished with hardwood floors this past week, and we are very pleased with the final result! I can't say enough great things about Milton Hardwood Flooring. Dave and his team were absolutely fantastic. Very helpful in guiding us on which products would work best in our renovation. He took quite a bit of time to help us and service was something you can tell he prides himself on. The install was fantastic. The installer went out of his way to work around other trades on site and even stayed a bit later to make sure the project was completed on time. We replaced carpet in one of our basement rooms and we very pleased with the service and care we received throughout the entire process from David. David was very patient and knowledgeable. He allowed us to take time to decided on the flooring. We took various samples home to ensure we made the right choice. He kept us informed the entire process. Ray was our installer and he worked very hard to make sure our floors turned out perfectly. We would definitely recommend and use Milton Hardwood again.

We were very pleased with our experience with Milton Hardwood, who we hired to replace our worn carpet and revitalize our staircase. From start to finish, the experience reflected professionalism and attention to custom service that you hope for when paying for hardwood flooring installation, or any renovation for that matter.Our experience began in the showroom, now in their new location on Steeles Ave. The showroom was clean and clearly displayed the many products they carry.It was in the showroom where we met David, our salesperson. David was extremely knowledgeable about the products and the installation process. He walked us through the timeline of our project, came to our house to provide an accurate and reasonable quote (without charging for the visit), and provided us with samples of the materials that would be used in the project.He then passed the job along to Reynaldo. Rey and his team of installers were quick and efficient. The craftsmanship of the stairs was excellent as well.When a few roadblocks/challenges arose, both David and Rey addressed them promptly and professionally.We love our new staircase and hardwood. We had hardwood installed throughout our home by a company based in Brampton, ON. As the work wasn’t done properly, we needed two boxes for replacing some of the hardwood. Due to our bad experience with the Brampton company, it was not possible to go back to them. I spoke to Angelo at BlackCreek Tile for suggestions & he immediately introduced me to Ed at Milton Hardwood Floors.Ed was extremely friendly & helpful. He immediately called his contact & was able to locate the hardwood & have it delivered to his warehouse in Milton, ON in two days. We decided to remove the builder’s carpeting in our master bedroom, stairs, upstairs loft and guest bedroom. We replaced it with hand scraped hardwood. Ed was knowledgeable and easy to deal with.The price was very competitive and the installers were polite and clean and quick. Complete job was completed in 4.5 days. We are very happy with the results and would recommend Milton Hardwood for anyone looking for hardwood installation!

I replaced the flooring in my entire condo including the kitchen. I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.I'm glad that I had something in mind because Milton Hardwood has a remarkable selection of flooring to choose from...I wanted to go lighter.The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and personable.My advice to anyone reading this is to keep their suggestions in mind. David gave me quite a few samples to take home and he suggested one that I didn't want. He said it might look different in my place than it does in the store. We had our upstairs completely redone. Two rooms still had carpet and the other old laminate. It wasn't perfect but the minor issues we had, were corrected immediately. We then had our stairs redone to match and they look beautiful. It was a pleasure" dealing with David for both jobs as he's extremely knowledgeable
