They seldom responds to correspondence. Also, I had an appointment the other day and that financial advisor simply took leave without notifying me. At the time of appointment I waited and waited until they randomly gave you another advisor and basically she just took note and said she would inform the advisor on leave. Of course there weren’t any follow up. If you have time to waste your might want to try this branch.

Just came back from this location and opened a saving account with Michelle Tran. Michelle is amazing! She is very knowledgeable with HSBC products and services. She helped me opening the account quickly. She also set up online banking for me. Great service. Thank you Michelle!

Well… unlike other reviewers, ive had an excellent experience with this branch so far. Michelle X Tran is an excellent RM and so far she has been proactive with everything we reached out to her for. So far, a happy customer here.

I came to this new branch to print last 30 days statement use to mortgage bank, the clerk tell me can't do it , I told him last 30 days transaction is also ok and I don't have printer at home , he still let me do online bank by myself .That's ridiculous ! I can't print my account information at branch !I do this before at TD , CIBC , even the other HSBC branch at Mississauga , this branch service is so bad , I called telephone bank to complaint , they say will call me back , but nobody call me , I think I will transfer all my accounts out from HSBC .

I’m a premier client there. Seriously the worst bank you can ever deal with. Rude staff. Very complicated and lengthy and slow process. They never have enough cash. I had once an emergency situation and needed $4k they said they don’t have it and have me $2k instead. Please stay away from this bank.

Used the ATM, with my Simplii card. Transaction denied. But the money WAS taken out of my account! 45 days to get the money back! DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK! The security guard was a witness that I didn’t receive any cash. Spoke to the manager. I was told the money would be back in my account the next day. It wasn’t and I have to wait 45 days.
