Before you engage JurisLexPro law firm when selling a commercial building, you should be aware of how they mishandled our file. On numerous occasions they didn’t return our calls so we had to go in person to their office to get answers in the midst of the pandemic.The worst was when they charged us more than $700 for follow up on a PPSA which they were unable to secure from the Bank before the sale closure. Yes, the bank was at fault for not providing the requested information. However, we (the client) had to go to the bank on several occasions to obtain the information and get the bank to provide the information to the law firm. It took almost 2 months to get closure on the PPSA instead of the normal 2 weeks. They indicated to us during a much earlier conversation that they often had problems with this bank, so why the extra cost? At no time did they mention they would charge us extra.Yadi Mazi

Honestly, my case- for some reasons had been taken a 3 years to be closed. Finally, Mr Adel Zareie started to work on my case. The case has been completed, signed, and submitted in a respectful, patient manner a head of time. I was surprised how fast and neatly this issue has been solved.I would like to mentioned I am very happy with the service that I have received from Mr Bahmadi and Zareie. In my case for separation agreement, I got their service from Legal Aid . I had bad experience cause i booked appointments 3 time, first was in person : my appointment was at 11:00 am and acctually i was at their office( 10:50) drove 40 km to get there, the assistant called me that the appointment is cancelled. 2 more time i was booked for phone call consult both times when i called on time the assistant told me that he is in the meeting and fir the lasr appointment she said will call u in 1 hr, after 1 hour i called and assisstant told me he has left the office!!!!! You are kidding me, i can not believe how unproffessinal was the situation.He helped me with separation agreement to be signed with both parties satisfaction.But be aware if you are with Legal Aid ,you have to follow up yourself vigorously cause they dont care if you dont follow up, very slow paced and at some point you may think that they dont care about your time and seeking help .Yesterday i requested for termination with their service. I am now trying to borrow some money that i could finalize my case and file.
