I can't say enough positive things about Naz the manager and her employees at Famous Optical. The customer service was OUTSTANDING, they are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Helped my family and I pick out glasses that suited us and gave some great suggestions. They filed our benefits for us. Prices are more than reasonable, with lots of styles to choose from. Quick and efficient service. We received our glasses in a timely manner. They have an in house optometrist who provided great eye exams for the whole family. Easily one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in any retail store I've been in. If you're looking for glasses I highly recommend going to Famous Optical.

Famous optical is an amazing eye wear store with a huge variety of eye glasses. My family and I are always treated so nicely by Naz and the staff for the past years. Naz is always helpful in choosing the right pair that fits your face. We are always impressed with the incredible service and hospitality in this store.

The customer service is absolutely great. I went there to cruise around and check the prices since I had lost my glasses and one of the receptionist was there. She was very welcoming and kind. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely place that feels like family! The options are vast and fall into any budget you desire. My family and I love this place and cannot recommend it enough, we've been going to this location for the past 7-8 years for prescription glasses and eye exams. The entire staff is beyond incredible and we cannot see ourselves going anywhere else, nobody compares!

Famous Optical has a huge selection of eyewear. My husband, father, son and myself have been purchasing our eyeglasses there for the past eight years. They also have a service within the store to schedule eye examinations. Naz is always so helpful in selecting the best eyeglasses that suit me. She is always happy and patient and really wants to make sure I am satisfied with my choice. They have a huge selection of various brands and designer labels. Love this place..highly recommend and great customer service.

Great place. They do direct billing for exams and glasses. The optometrist was awesome with my 5yr old as well. They have a massive selection of glasses and the ladies working there are super attentive and helpful. I definitely recommend.
