Excellent service. Helpful staff and timely. Used Pacific West on a residential house with multiple trees. Some of the trees were now candelabra interfering with hydro, Telus, and Shaw.The crew was experienced and professional and took precautions not only of home owners property but neighbours as well.Recommended

Pacific West Tree did a great job with the pruning of the large fir tree we have in our front yard. The quote was quick, easy and free. The turnaround from quote to job was quick and the final invoicing aligned with the quote. The next time I need work done on our trees I will use them again

Buyer beware. Check the size of you box/trailer before going here so they cannot short change you.I go here every year for soil for organic veggie soil and have never had a problem. This year I built a new 6.25 yard box so I planned to make 3 trips there. Needless to say I didn’t measure my box on my truck until after the first load of 2.5 yards fell very short. I called yesterday march 24th to give the company the opportunity to make up the difference since I needed more soil anyway. I was met with a hostile, dismissive and unprofessional female voice @ 1:57 pm. You have lost my business and a customer. I proceeded to another company in Surrey who also has an organic veggie blend and they give overly generous portions. From how much I was short it was worth the high cost in fuel to go out there. Very disappointed.

Called them to trim my tree as the NVD ripped down my Christmas lights. Nik came over and gave me an estimate and quickly scheduled next available date. Confirmed in email with estimate. Called me to advise had a cancellation and came and trimmed tree. Looks amazing, all the dead branches where cleaned up and my neighbour even commented. Payment was easy with a click and an email. Highly recommend.
