I've been going to see Peter since 2016 following an accident I was in. He's the only physiotherapist I've seen that's actually helped me. He does various techniques to help relieve my pain/tension for my injuries and always helps me understand why I feel the way I do physically so I can understand what changes I need to make in my everyday life to reduce flare ups. I recommend him to everyone !!!

I been a patient at Niagara orthopaedic institute and I cannot express how happy I am with the service they provided me with. Peter is a great physio and he was able to help me recover from my injuries, and he even educated me on how to keep myself injury free.I also received massage therapy here and Bret is one of the best massage therapists around. He was able to fix my muscle injury others couldn't even diagnose. Bret's style of massage therapy is unique and I'd highly recommend others to try it.Cheers!

Never having had Physio, my experience with Peter was exceptional! He has helped to alleviate the heel pain that I was having through various treatments. Explained everything. The staff are friendly and booking appointments is so easy!

Im rehabilitating from chronic plantar fasciitis & bad posture. Peter is extremely helpful on my journey to recovery. We set up a plan that works with me and hes held me accountable for staying on track. Hes very honest and transparent about where I am and what I need to do to recover. I love coming to Niagara Orthopedic! They have a convenient online booking system and good hours for a busy schedule. Brett Maitland is a skilled massage therapist and his treatments have helped me with tough, persistent knots in my neck, shoulders and back. I never feel rushed and he is very thorough with his assessments. He always offers suggestions for stretches and tips for home in between treatments. I'm very pleased with Brett and Niagara Orthopedic Institute.

*Exceptional Care*I have been a long-time client of Peter’s, from the beginning of his career as a Physiotherapist. I have also been treated by many other physiotherapists at the Niagara Falls location over the years...however Mr. Nguyen has given me the highest quality care by far (and all of the physiotherapists were great)!Brett Maitland is impressively strong, very knowledgeable, and also has given me extremely responsive deep tissue massage treatments. I have been treated by many massage therapists over the years as well, but Brett is the best!Both therapists are extremely professional and yet also very personable: it is blatantly obvious that they truly care about their clients!

Had my first appointment today for shoulder issues I've been dealing with almost a year now. I met with Peter and he was awesome! Professional, knowledgeable and provided me with treatment immediately that relieved my issue. Took the time to explain the exercises and forms of treatment (shockwave, massage) that will correct my issue in time. I already feel a difference and will follow the plan going forward. Peter has done a great job with my rehab after meniscus repair surgery. At appointments we don't just do exercises that I could do at home, he actually gives me treatment and makes sure I'm doing well. He is willing to communicate with me outside of appointment times, answering any questions or concerns I may have. I feel like he actually cares about me getting better and isn't just trying to take my money. He never pressures me to come in for more appointments than needed. He has given me the best treatment and rehab program I could ask for and reassured me when I felt like things might not be going so well. The Prices are the best I could find in the area. As an athlete I have had experience with many therapists, Niagara Orthopaedic Institute is among the best I have dealt with.

I have been a client of Dr.Jennifer Cox, Peter for physiotherapy and Brett for massage and all of these practitioners are truly wonderful people who are committed to helping you feel your best. Peter is very friendly and does an amazing job in physiotherapy treatments. I have been going to Niagara Orthopaedic Institute St. Catharine’s for years and everytime Peter is welcoming, easy to talk to and my back pain always feels much better after a treatment. Highly recommend!
