I've been here many times. They always serve costumers quickly and it's also very quick to make oil change and even tires.

The guy here Vijay gave me one of the best customer service . I had a flat tire and was trying to call other Machenic they were saying for tomorrow but and then i came here and vijay ordered in 1 hr. And did the best service⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a wedding far away from home and every place I called for an oil change gave me a 1 or 2 week delay!Now, some people might not find this problematic, but my car was well overdue and I didn't want to risk it.It was almost closing, around 4pm and it closes at 6pm, I go from Valleyfield to Vaudreuil, I arrive around 4:30. The gentleman over there asks me if I have an account with them, I say no. He asked me for my registration papers and some info, pif paf pouf... in the computer.... told me to come back in 20 minutes...Not even 20 minutes later, the car was ready. The Mr. Lube team saved me a lot of stress, and that's what I call a very good service in my book. Will go back and recommend for sure.

Been going to Mr Lube for two years and I love their service. Super quick and friendly staff. Drop my car off at 8 do my groceries in the meantime and before I’m done, cars ready.

I’ve been coming to this shop for a few years now. Never ever disappointed. Today I got an oil change and inquired about a yellow engine light that appeared on my dashboard as of yesterday. Vijays chief mechanic never blinked an eye, took the time out to scan it. Was nothing major, he reset it. This is not the first time this Mr. Lube has gone the extra mile for me. So rare in todays world and so appreciated!! Kudo’s to the whole Vaudreuil team; symbolic of a good boss!

If you're looking for a quick and easy M. Lube service liked you'd expect outside of QC--keep looking.Unlike other locations, you don't pull up to the garage and stay in your car. They force you to go in and sit in a Wal Mart storage area for an undetermined period of time. I showed up when they opened, there were no other customers and it took 1.5 hours for an oil change...

Tried calling x 20. Hung up on about 10 times, terrible service. Picked up the phone and then hung it up - I would invest in a front desk person. Lost the business of 3 cars getting oil changes / tires changed in the next week. Will go somewhere that picks up the phone to awnser questions.
