DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYIve been scammed.He came, did the repair on my fridge charged me almost 300$ and it worked for not even 5 hours. I called the guy back he said he was gonna come and check the next day in the afternoon, no call no show. Tried calling again, no answer. He said his work was not the problem but if you can’t diagnose a problem correctly, your work is the problem. Never sent a detailled bill, didnt wear his mask properly the whole time he was in my home, the whole experience was very upsetting.

Had very bad experience with this guy.Problem was never fixed. However after more than 3 weeks I got reimbursed.Doesn’t care about his customers.Don’t expect a bill from him, I never received one even If I called him almost every day.His answer was “tomorrow I’ll do it, I don’t have time for this”.

My fridge stopped making ice and dispensing water so we called and the worker that came was very thorough in his investigation and very clear in his communication. His advice was honest and clear. Rather than recommending a repair which may or may not solved the problem which was my he advised us that it might be time to replace the fridge. Thanks for coming, and for your great services

Called to make an appointement at 10:30am he calls he will be 15min late, I said ok.. I had to leave to work 11:30am, je texts at 10:40 he’s on his way... 11:15am I called him to ask, he says it’s been 30min he’s arround the corner looking for a parking... and then he starts to be unpolite. This is the worst client service ever. First you don’t lie and try to make it look as if there was no parking, you were late point. You should say sorry and try to keep the appointment.. but instead he tell me “j’ai pas le temps de niaiser” he tries to make it was my fault for telling him not to come anymore...This company or guy miss professionalism and client service education. Won’t call again for sure!

The absolute WORST customer service experience I've ever had. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing, he isn't responsive, he's taken our money and hasn't followed up to actually finally resolve the issue. Always has a million excuses for not showing up: car flat tire; someone hacked his website; his grandkid was sick; his truck was vandalized. And he never calls to tell us that he's not coming, despite having assured us that he'll be there; he just never shows up, and you have to hound him and hope he'll answer, only to get some lame excuse. This guy is categorically the worst service repair guy I've ever used.

This person may be good at what he does, but I guess I'll never find out. He may have a good rating for those clients he took the time to meet, but if you scroll down, you'll see that he often times doesn't show up to appointment.So yeah, unreliable, unprofessional, zero customer service. But if you are one of the lucky one for whom he actually shows up... maybe he'll probably do a good job for you. But I wouldn't bet on it if I were you.
