On Friday before the Christmas weekend, we lost water. The well pump gave up. They had their guys looking at the problem in no time, and they were able to fix it within the day.

Early morning we woke to no water…called Steve at Island Well Drillers….they were fully booked but he agreed to try to fit us in that afternoon. Mid afternoon they arrived and within an hour our submersible well pump was pulled up and replaced…this well serviced two homes…before they left they ensured both homes were working properly….we were so impressed at how efficient both technicians were….when they arrived they wasted no time getting the job done….both were beyond efficient and so polite. Big thank you to Steve and Lynn…you have the best employees ….in the office and on the road!!

We had a full water softening and mineral removal system installed by Island Well Drillers. They were very helpful in determine exactly what we needed and the installation was prompt and efficient. They were also helpful in advising us on followup resting required. I’d recommend them.

My initial call was answered by a friendly and knowledgeable individual. Island Welldrillers were at our home within 24 hours. Technicians were friendly and personable. They asked us some questions about the issues we were having. Checked the pump, found the problem and had required parts on truck. Received our bill via email later that day and we were both pleasantly surprised as the cost was reasonable. We would highly recommend Island Well drillers and would certainly call them again.
