Another great experience with the folks at Calgary cycle! Special shout out to Jason in service, he made bringing in my four bikes, seamless, and efficient. They always provide an informative experience, and a high level of expertise for both service and sales. I purchased the full Double Black Service Package at Calgary Cycle. I was very pleased with the friendly and prompt service I received from Jason and Kale. The bike turned out absolutely clean and rebuilt in a way that I cannot do at home. I would recommend the service to people who are serious about keeping their suspension and bike dialed.

Crew at Calgary Cycle are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Had an issue with shifting my derailleurs so decided to have them perform the basic tuneup. John noted the problem and diagnosed the probable cause, but will have the service group confirm. Within the day, my bike was tuned up and all is working great now. John was spot on! Excellent service and super fast turnaround on my bike.

I have a 3 year old trek ex8, I love the bike, but lately it’s been making weird noises. The service department was great to deal with, I was planning to go away for a bike trip in 2 days and they fixed my bike the next day.

I love to bike but can’t say I know anything about them really. The staff all greeted me with warmth and patience, passion and knowledge. They measured my sit bones to choose a new seat properly.My bike was stolen so I was replacing it and was thrilled to feel no pressure on price or timing. They even put my “extras” on for me without asking!The service department is stellar!!! Explained basic maintenance and tuned up my old bike beautifully.You can’t go wrong with Calgary Cycle on Bow Trail!Rayna Young

Emailed Calgary Cycle to book a service for my mountain bike. Response came within a few hours. Bike was booked in 4 days after initial contact on a Friday. Drop off was super easy. John looked over my bike and recommended what needed to be done (my input was encouraged and welcomed). John was very friendly, honest, and professional.Bike was repaired and tuned up within 2 days.Excellent service!
