I love First Choice Health Care there is never a problem getting your equipment repaired or your orders they are fast, reliable and very knowledgeable they make sure you get the right equipment suited to your needs they treat you just like you are family. I have had the pleasure of meeting both co-owners Colleen and Jim they are such wonderful people. Unfortunately I have had to deal with other companies who don’t treat you well if I had a choice First Choice Health would be my one and only vendor!

I bought a power chair from Jim and I couldn't be happier. He was so knowledgeable and the team here has been incredible. If and when my mom needs to upgrade her chair I will be coming back here for sure. Anyone thinking about buying any mobility device should come here. They offer amazing service, are super patient and kind.They went above and beyond for me and my mom and for that, I am truly truly grateful.

My mother-in-law needed some items that this store offered at reasonable rates. When the situation was explained the fine person Sean went the extra mile and provided the best in customer service.Thank you so much for helping with my family.

It was my first time here and very disappointed by the behavior of the girl who was busy talking to someone on the phone. There was no one at the counter and after calling 3 or 4 times she came out, still on phone. I waited for at least 15 minutes then she attended me. She could tell the other person that she has customer or she could call back later but to make a Walkin customer waiting for so long is very annoying. In the mean time other sales persons came in which were very helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I was thinking to leave this place and go to other location but after attended by the male representative I felt better and realized how important role of a sales persons attitude plays in any business. That girl was making me angry and she did not realize her mistake. I hope management will bring this to her notice and she should pay attention to customers and could ask them to excuse even she need some time to finish.

I was looking for a walker, I had called a handle of places including a Shoppers Drug mart affiliated medical supplies store which was sold the walker without the wheels. I would need to pay a ridiculous amount to get and install the wheels myself. Talking to Sean and staff they extremely knowledgeable about making sure I got the right product and provided detailed information of fitting and use. Cannot say enough they care about and are passionate about their products and ensured I made an educated decision. The products are fairly priced not like Shoppers or other medical where they are just price guaging you taking advantage of others often difficult situation. Definitely look forward to come back next time I need any medical supplies related.

Was in today and I see why everyone gives them 5 Stars. Sean was so helpful, even knowing we were going to buy a wheelchair in North Bay.Best customer service ever!

Exceptional service! The entire team including Duncan, Sean and Jim are all superb in customer service, friendliness and knowledge. I had the pleasure of meeting Duncan who personally came to my apartment and delivered all the medical equipment I needed after 5 weeks in the hospital. He was extremely patient, kind and caring and provided a vast knowledge of each product and took the time to explain. Duncan made each step of the process so simple and he was very accommodating. He went above and beyond and I would recommend this company to anyone in need of purchasing or renting medical equipment. Keep up the excellent work team!!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Everyone was pleasant to work with and we got all equipment required. First Choice will always be my First Choice now that I know about them.

Jim helped me navigate the LHIN to get an OT to fill in the request for the Assistive Devices Program so my relative could get a very good wheelchair for the same price to us as a basic wheelchair without the program subsidy. He had his covid tests so he could enter the seniors' home to measure my relative for the optimum chair size before ordering and he made many adjustments to the chair when he brought it to their suite to ensure it would be comfortable and safe. We are very pleased with the service, knowledge and support from First Choice Health Care and will recommend them to our friends.
